Fast Dispatch

We pack and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • Metro areas: 1–5 business days
  • Rural/Remote areas: May take longer
  • Bulky/Heavy gear: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability)

Shipping & Couriers

  • Shipping fees are based on item size, weight, and destination
  • Courier services can be arranged β€” get in touch with us for a quote
  • Free shipping may apply on select products (check individual product pages)

Important Info

  • Tracking details will be sent to your email or phone once your order ships
  • Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky items
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct β€” we can’t replace items shipped to the wrong address

How It Works

  • You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready (usually within 1–2 business days)
  • Bring your photo ID and order confirmation when collecting
  • Pickup available during opening hours or by prior arrangement

Change of Mind?

No problem. You can return your item within 14 days, as long as it’s unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the error is ours)

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a quick summary.

We’ll take care of it β€” with a refund, replacement, or repair.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or assembled equipment
  • Custom, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened mats, pads, grips)
  • Items damaged from misuse

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  2. Returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back
  3. Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice, with invoice number and reason included
  4. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer
  5. A 15% restocking fee may apply
  6. Refunds cannot exceed the original purchase amount
