We pack and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

• Metro areas: 1–5 business days
• Rural/Remote areas: May take longer
• Bulky/Heavy gear: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability)

Shipping & Couriers

• Shipping fees are based on item size, weight, and destination
• Courier services can be arranged — get in touch with us for a quote
• Free shipping may apply on select products (check individual product pages)

Important Info

• Tracking details will be sent to your email or phone once your order ships
• Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky items
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we can’t replace items shipped to the wrong address
